What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, pin debit, and ACH transfer. Credit cards are now accepted at this time for Members Only.
Can I pre-order for pickup? How does it work?
- Skip the lines! We now offer online ordering with in-store pickup when you pre-pay using a bank account and routing number via Stronghold.
- All Pickup orders can be picked up starting at 10am any day of the week.
- Stronghold ACH transactions take up to three days to post to your account, since they are processed in batches. You will not see the money leave your account immediately.
- Online orders require a $50 minimum purchase.
- There is a $3.75 fee applied to all electronic transactions.
- You must be 21 or older to place an online order; please have a valid/matching government-issued ID available for online ordering and for in-store pickup.
- Track your order progress on our website. When your order is “ready,” you can come to the store and retrieve your purchase (report directly to the front door and show your pickup order). Once you claim your order, the website will mark the order “complete.”
- Online pickup orders that are not claimed within seven days will be cancelled and refunded. *Please note refunds may take a day to post to account.
Do you deliver?
- We currently offer delivery to select zip codes with expanded delivery zone coming soon.
- We now offer free delivery with a minimum purchase of $60.
- Please note that drinks and concentrates are not available for delivery.
Can Someone Else Receive My Delivery Order?
Yes, we allow it. The person receiving the delivery must present their ID, and it must match the name you provided as the alternative pickup person. The person MUST be 21 or older with a valid state or government issued ID that matches the name you enter in the notes section on the check out page.
ex : If you’d like your doorman to receive your delivery, provide your doorman’s name in the notes section of your order. Upon drop off, the doorman must provide a valid government issued ID to our delivery personnel. The ID should match the name provided in the notes
Can I request discreet packaging for my order?
Yes, we offer discreet packaging upon request. If you’d prefer to receive your products in a plain white mylar bag instead of our branded Housing Works Cannabis Co. mylar bags, just let us know in your order notes. We’ll be happy to accommodate your request
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Housing Works Cannabis Co offers a 14-day exchange or return policy for unopened product. We will accept returns or exchanges of unopened or defective product only when accompanied by the original receipt.
Do you have any upcoming sales or promotions?
Housing Works Cannabis Co offers occasional promotions and sales. Sign up for our email list to receive updates or upcoming promotions. NYS regulations do not allow loyalty or frequent shopper programs at adult-use cannabis stores.
When will you get X in stock?
- Our website reflects our current inventory at the store and is updated in real-time.
- We receive shipments throughout the week and new inventory is uploaded at quickly as possible.
- Unfortunately, we cannot share what’s on order or when we expect certain products to be available – except for any special announcement(s) made on social media, on our website, or via email.
Are there any purchase limits?
- NYS OCM limits individual purchase to 3 ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of concentrate. Housing Works Cannabis Co may limit purchases of certain products at its own discretion with or without written notice.
