Our store hours are:

Ordering & Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, pin debit, and ACH transfers. Credit cards are accepted for Members Only.

Can I pre-order for pickup?

Yes! Skip the lines with online ordering and in-store pickup when you prepay using Stronghold (bank account and routing number required).

  • Pickup orders are available starting at 10 AM daily.
  • Online orders require a $50 minimum purchase.
  • A $3.75 fee applies to all electronic transactions.
  • Stronghold ACH transactions may take up to three days to process.
  • Unclaimed pickup orders will be canceled and refunded after seven days.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We currently deliver to select zip codes, with expanded delivery zones coming soon.

  • Free delivery on orders of $60 or more.
  • Drinks and concentrates are not available for delivery.

Can someone else receive my delivery?

Yes, but the recipient must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID matching the alternative pickup name entered at checkout.

ex : If you’d like your doorman to receive your delivery, provide your doorman’s name in the notes section of your order. Upon drop off, the doorman must provide a valid government issued ID to our delivery personnel. The ID should match the name provided in the notes

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes! Request discreet packaging in your order notes, and we’ll use a plain white mylar bag instead of branded packaging.

Returns, Promotions & Inventory

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days for unopened or defective products with an original receipt.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We run occasional promotions and sales. Sign up for our email list to stay updated. (Note: NYS regulations prohibit loyalty programs at adult-use cannabis stores.)

Do you have events?

Yes! Check out our Events Page for upcoming community and educational events.

How can I check product availability?

Our website updates inventory in real-time. We receive shipments throughout the week, but we can’t guarantee specific restocks unless announced via email or social media.

What are the purchase limits?

NYS OCM regulations limit individual purchases to:

  • 3 ounces of cannabis
  • 24 grams of concentrate Housing Works Cannabis Co. may impose additional limits at our discretion.
